On 11 July 20, I sent my Gen 2 Glock 21 too Glock Inc. in Smyrna, Ga. That's correct Gen 2 in hopes of them possibly attempting refurbishing this GREAT firearm. well to my dismay my absolute surprise. I received a personnel phone call. Not an email nor a form letter but a real live person who insured me that they could help.

Now I was hoping for just an updated trigger spring, a new firing pen and I paid $50.00 too repaint the nearly thirty (30) year old slide. However, what I received was towering in effect.

The treatment I was given and the improvements and replacements made to my firearm restored in me the faith in American quality and satisfaction after the sale and the assurance that some companies think of the customer before profit!

Sent my glock to them, included a check for $60 to refinish the slide! They called and said the frame was recalled and that they would replace it with and new one for free! In 4 weeks i had a new glock delivered to my door step! I could not be more satisfied! The gun looks and feels like a new one!
