Had a problem with shed doors that were still under warranty; made numerous calls and visits to talk with the manager to resolve door issue from April – Sept. 2015. The manager did not keep promise to replace doors, and he became rude and hostile when we continued to stop in to check on the order and stopped returning our calls. Don’t like to write negative reviews, but it was an awful experience dealing with him. Not treated kindly or fairly! Warranties should be honored and customers should be respected at all times not just at the time of purchase!
