I went to Springleaf to finance the rims and tires that I bought for my car that I recently purchased and put the lein on my title. When I took out the loan I was making $700 a week and sometimes more. Soon after I received the loan, I lost my job. When my next payment was late I got a call from Melissa ( who is an awesome CSR) I let her know my situation and told her I would get it to her as soon as possible. She was very understanding. It took me about 3 months to get back on my feet. I have two children and a $1000 mortgage and other expenses so of course without steady work. Keeping up with the bills wasn't easy. But I managed to keep up with most. Now.... A lady named Nicole has been harassing me about my late payment. I need to pay $481 to get caught up . And explained to her that I should have the entire payment in by February 5... But for some reason that wasn't except able with her and it has to be in on Jan 31st OR ELSE... I'm sorry but or else what? Nicole called me at work with a horrible attitude. Asking me of I knew what I needed to pay and proceeded to tell me what I NEED to do. Her persona seems very ride, ghetto, and uneducated. I have never become so enraged with another person in my life ... She gets loud over the phone and has no respect for other people. I've requested not to speak with her but she continues to call. This place is ridiculous.. Things come up in everyone's life. No one is perfect. They will get their money, but they shouldn't be so aggressive to their customers. Times are hard. They need some serious work in the customer service department. And as for Nicole.. She should just be fired ... Period. That is all
