I pay my account every month on time since they take it directly out of my checking account and I have called and asked several times when my account will be updated with the credit bureaus and they say they are a month behind on it but it is more than a month behind it is now March and my account has not been updated since Jan.

I will never use this company again. They refused to send me a print out of my previous payments showing how much interest my payment was going toward. They told me I had to come in person. This does not sound like a sound business.
