Sheesh, no idea what the other reviewer is talking about, I've had nothing but quality service from the staff and especially Vincent. My girlfriend and I are somewhat regulars and whenever we enter and Vincent is at the counter, we get a warm getting and he already knows what we want to order. The food is amazing and they don't skimp on the sauce like too many other pizzerias do. The sauce is phenomenal and their cheese is always fresh. There are so many great options to choose from and so much variety. My personal favorite is the pepperoni roll...definitely give it a try. Garlic knots are always awesome as well. I live in Hillsborough and I even make the extra trip just to come here with my girlfriend because of how delicious the food is. 5 stars in my book and I've never seen any bad service while I've dined here in the past 4 years.

It saddens [email protected] to write this review because I was a supporter of this place when they opened. Unfortunately it is now being "managed" by the son who has no idea how to treat customers. Most times i went to this pizza place i ordered a slice or two of stuffed veggie pizza this time i ordered a whole pie; not cheap; $21.50. I specifically asked if the pie would be the same as the slices, and was told it was. When the pie was delivered I was charged $ 22, not $21.50 as stated on the new menu, no big deal; but it was NOTHING like the slices I had ordered time and time again. Instead of a pie with a reasonable amount of vegetables, maybee 3/4 of an inch, what I got was $22 worth of bread with a spatter of spinach. When I called, Vincent, the manager and worse, the owner's son, told Me there was a lot of spinach in the pie. I told him I wass totally dissatisfied and wanted a refund. I brought the pizza back and was told i "got what I ordered" and he had no intention of refunding my money. He went on to question why an hour had passed before I called, which I shouldn't have even qualified with an answer, but I told him I was in meetings and called after I ate. I hadn't eaten all day and was stuck at work with this $22 piece of bread, so I ate enough to sustain me untill I could leave, close to 10pm. I tod him any good business would offer their customer a refund or other option if the were so unhappy with their product, but he said I "got what I ordered". It was so poor, nothing like what I had gotten there 7 or 8 times in kust this past year AND was treated by a snotty 20'something year old kid in a rude, unprofessionally manner. He just doesn't get it. His dad should give him a course in Business 101, before he turns off more customers. A lesson in manners wouldn't hurt either! If for no other reason, in these days of poor economic times, with a half a dozen other pizza establishments within a mile, New World Pizza would be wise to get someone to manage who values it's customers and who wants them to be happy with their purchase. I will not be patronizing this establishment nor my father, son, daughter and anyone I can encourage to eat elsewhere Bad decision, Vincent; two visits and u would have recouped your money and kept a customer who has patronized u since your opening.
