This business is top notch. I will not take vehicle repairs anywhere else. Marv’s goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best service, transportation to and from the shop if needed, and every person I have worked with there is incredible. This is customer service and care at its finest.

Everything from work to customer service was excellent.

My car (jointed owned with my daughter) had been rear ended and the other driver's insurance was paying for the repairs (about $2500). Marv's painting was just poor. The color did not match (on a 3 year old car) and the alignment of the replacement parts was off. When I pointed this out, they gave me conflicting stories about what was happening. One other customer who was waiting in the parking lot told me the paint looked wrong to him too. Evan said they would blend in the paint then the next day said we cant blend VW paint then sometime later said they would blend it. After several attempts, the car still looked mismatched and Marv and Mark both claimed it was okay. I pointed out the misaligned trunk hatch, bumper, and bad paint and finish. They were rude, and mean. The next day, I took our car to three different body shops. All three said the car was NOT properly repaired and repainted. They told me it was "not up to industry standards" and it "a very poor paint job"

People are very helpful and professional. Took car in and got back looking way better then when taking it in. DEFINITELY Recommend bringing your car here. Best part was you can use a loaner car if you need it AND check out online facebook or on their site. So PLEASED! WAY TO GO MARVS!

I've been in two accidents since I've lived in Sioux Falls. The first time I took my car to Pierre's. They fixed on time and I am happy with it. I got into another accident several years later. I went to Marv's after the insurance company talked me into it because it would be so much easier for me. It was nothing but a hassle. It took almost a month to get my car back. When I did get it back there were all sorts of mechanical , structural, and cosmetic problems. I must have taken it back 6 times. Finally after I had it assessed at another shop on my dime, and got the insurance company involved, they fixed it. A guy named Evan accused me several times of hitting something after I got it back an caused all the alignment issues and a bent frame.

this is unreal,i was going to have this company do some paint work then looke on this site for some reviews and they were awful.so i called the owner marv and expressed concern about these reviews he said if you don't want to do business with us we don't want your business and hung up on me!I am still blown away that he didn't try and reassure me about these horrible reviews he just hung up what a clown he claims to be religious.stay away from this business or you will be sorry!

I have had my truck worked on 3 times and my wife's car once. They did great work, finished when then said they would and were very pleasant. Always had a great experience despite the unfortunate circumstance of needing their service.

They will never give you the code to see the repairs online as the work is being done,Marv says its to much work to take pics and show you the online progress of you vehicle while your vehicle is in the shop,he sure likes to put it in his ads that you will see the progress of your vehicle while its in the shop, Run do let them work on your vehicle

Had to take the truck to another body shop in town to have the work they attempted redone, they do not stand behind the work they do at all, like the other shops in town say,Evan should have stayed in car cleanup,and not promoted to trying to write an estimate,Would Not Recomend this body shop to anyone,

So I took my truck in for a minor collision. I'm on my way home and it is shaking violently. When I had it TOWED back to their shop, A guy named Evan said it had major under-body damage and asked what I did to it. They insinuated that I caused the damage after I got it back but they couldn't prove it and fixed it. Got it back again and noticed things just aren't right with handling and stuff and it just doesn't look right. Finally took it somewhere else because Evan said "I must have hit something and knocked it out of alignment". The competent mechanic at the shop I should have taken it to in the first place said there is major frame damage that had to be corrected before he could fix it. Their body shop foreman looked at it and said it looked terrible and it never would have left his shop looking like that. Again Marv's insinuated that I caused the frame damage after I got it back but surprisingly couldn't prove it so they fixed it after I got the insurance company involved.

I have taken in my pickup, my wife's car and heavy duty trucks from work for them to do work. I have always been very pleased with the final result and how we were treated along the way. Embarrassingly, they know me by name since I have been in there so many times. Definite recommendation from me.

been there twice for to have stuff rerepaired, they will treat you very badly on go back repairs, would not recommend to anyone, Marv hidwes in the corner, car is still not repaired right.

I have an experience I never forget, keep in mind I have vehicles at Marv's 3-4 difference times, the last time my vehicle was not fixed correctly (front end alignment it pulled to the left) and I could not get them to help me, all they could do is say that I must have hit something so I went to another shop and come to find out a bolt was not torqued down and I took that back to Marv's and they got down right mean and down grading to me and pretty much told me that will not do anything about it basically called me a lier, that was the last time will be the last time I will step foot into Marv's and if I can help it I will make sure none of may friends to either.
