Hmmm where do I begin. The entire process was an absolute nightmare. The first set of furniture we ordered for our son came from some foreign country and absolutely REAKED of formaldehyde. We had to open all of our windows and doors in the middle of winter and still could not get the smell out! We were told that we needed to scrub it down with baking soda and vinegar and even that did not cut it! After lots of discussion we were told that we could bring it back but only allowed to trade. We then traded for a different set only to wait another 6 weeks for that set and then be told "ooops they forgot to put your order on the truck" when we voiced concern over everything their response basically was "these things happen, get over it"
When we did finally get our furniture, my sons night table was completely unattached (factory problem) and I called about that, only to be told that they would come fix it but would charge me a service fee to come out (please explain to me how I need to pay a fee for something your factory messed up?) and then I would need to wait a few more weeks for them to get there because they were "BUSY"
The beds are extremely wonky to put together, they are poor quality for the price you pay, and the customer service quite honestly SUCKS!!
I have contacted both Maxtrix and Kids to College to try to make it right with me, both of them blame each other, and neither one wants to take responsibility for anything! Do not waste your time on this overpriced furniture, I promise you will regret it!!
