After 2 weeks of been hired for food service manager of the Richmond city jail in VA, I was humiliated, harassed by Carla Denis, in charge of the operation for CBM Managed Services from South Dakota. I was terminated, no clear motive, and yelled in front of 2 of my employees that I "BARKED" to people. First of all, I'm a human being and I don't bark , dogs do. As a "Manager" for this " company", I didn't have access to the computer, orders, schedules, nothing whatsoever during my employment with them. I'm filing charges against not to have this job back but to teach how to do business with professionals that only wanted to do their job like me. Shame on you. And teach Carla Denis to have manners around people because it looks like she has been around dogs too much.
