They even provided me with my very own personalized key just in case I happened to drop something in that wasn't supposed to be shredded! Once our container was full, I called to let them know. Within 24 hours they came, shredded on-site, and even wiped down the container before they returned it into my office. Needless to say, I recomend them to any office with an overload of documents needing to be shredded.
