I've taken classes before with other instructors, I attended about three weeks and didnt learn much. Here at Danceport, I have been attending for four weeks and I feel confident enough to go out and hit the dancefloor! I love it! The instructors (Sonya and Bernard) are very professional, and very technical, I love the way they break everything down with such great detail (not to mention there wonderful sense of humor and personalities). There's alot of instructors out there that teach you footwork, styling or partnering in separate classes to charge more....,but when I go to Danceport they combine it all, which is important I think. I mean, would you want to learn fancy footwork but not learn how to use it or incorporate that into your social dancing... I think not! :)
