ZERO STARS! I was there a couple of years ago. The "lady" was extremely rude and insecure. When I picked up my diamond that I asked to be mounted on a pendant, I asked her for a jeweler's magnifying glass, to see if a specific feature of my stone was hidden behind a prong, as requested to the jeweler, and she got all defensive and denied it to me. Ever since then, I wonder if they changed my diamond?

The female sales clerk is hostile and disrespectful. Frustrated, resentful, and highly intimidated by who ever walks in. Feels entitled to be nasty to the customers who bring their business to Sun Country Gems. Such a shame...Unlike her, the jeweler is a decent man with good manners.

I went to Sun Country today and the lady there was extremely rude. I wanted to have my broken ring fixed and they said it would take THREE WEEKS!, but if i wanted to pay an extra $25 they could have it done in a few days. SHAME ON YOU LEONARD.
