You will be ignored by the owner

Tin Cup installed a softener in our home. The softener has performed alright, we supply the salt and pay 90 days in advance. The softener stopped cycling automatically and we have to 'cycle' the machine manually, usually when we smell the hard water or find rust stains on our white clothes. We have sent written requests for payment receipts as well as a service call on the machine, but have been ignored....for months. While the machines perform, the owners do not. Forget any customer service with this company.
