I wish I could give less than one star. This office has horrible communication. After I hired them to work my custody case I knew it was a huge mistake. What should have taken a month took 4 months due to the lawyer canceling and rescheduling court dates around her schedule: when the court sets a date, I felt like my kids and I were important enough for her to make it--apparently not. All the while charging me even more money. I later found out they charged me $40 every time I called into the office to ask what was going on, if the case was going anywhere and even when I called to ask if I was ever going to hear from my lawyer. I ended up settling the case outside of court without my lawyer. Then she sent me this insane bill. We came up with a payment plan and I made my first payment. Two weeks later they sued me in small claims court for the balance. I settled with them and paid the balance immediately because I was tired of dealing with them. They robbed me. Throughout the whole ordeal, they never returned calls or messages (even when we were working the case). The bill (just to give you an idea) came out to be over $3500.
