They made a bad experience (car needing towed) to a very good one. Showed up quickly and went beyond my expectations to help out and get me towed. Extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. I wish now I would not have been so upset, I would have tipped the man, I was so pleased.

Never ever do service with wolf's towing/ jd's towing. Whatever there called. They'll drop your car in the wrong place, hand the keys to someone who tells them the car is in the wrong place then just leave even when you catch them and tell them your a half a block down the road. There slow, they lie and they don't know how to handle business properly, not the owner or the backwoods looking driver.

Just had my car towed by John DeWolf of JD's Towing of Shreveport. Had one of the most professional experiences with this company. They were on time and went the extra mile to get it inside my driveway at no extra charge. The gentleman was very courteous and knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend JD's Towing of Shreveport to anyone in need. Great job!

Our insurance called them at 4 am this morning for Roadside Assistance. They said they'd be here at 5:09...even said they were 20 mins away at 4:50. It is 6 am and no show & won't answer phone. Are these people really claiming to provide a service? I wouldn't recommend to ANYONE! I don't even think they deserve the one star but YP won't post unless you give it. I'm posting this mess on Facebook!

I wouldn't recommend them at all they sent a boy out that had only worked for them a week it took him several attempts to hook my car up come to find out they had destroyed. My rack and pinion it was my alternator that had went out then when I pointed it out to them they said that they had the same problem b4 but still refused to pay for it cost me 2200$ so that was a costly lesson

Worst company I have ever delt with and I waited hours before they showed up. I would definitely not recommend them to my worst enemy

They get zero stars from me! Don't ever in life use their services! They are rude & have racist employees. The employee blatantly was direspectful to my father in law & to my fiancé. He didn't even acknowledge them when he saw that they were black. They told him to follow them down the road which was only 2 miles away & he hopped on the freeway with the car & dropped it off 15 minutes out of the way. When my father in law called him to see where he was he said "its not on my work order, im not taking it there" & hung up on him. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody! I dont care if Obama himself asked me to refer them to anyone, I still wouldn't. Its really sad people are still racist in 2016 even with a black president.

Marshall towed my car, prayed for me, went above and beyond to show me Gods love! What an amazing man and amazing business

I called and requested a tow truck at 9 o'clock a.m. it is now 11:43 a.m. and I have yet to get the tow truck here hear from them or anything so I would not recommend this towing company to anyone unless you enjoy waiting hours at a time

Our family van broke down on our way from GA to TX for the holidays. They provided quality service and assistance they went above and beyond in our time of need.
