WORST PLACE EVER!!! Lived there for year and a half it was a horrible experience. Apartments ARE NOT SOUND PROOF at all, you can hear EVERYTHING specially if you are on a first floor like I was. IT'S JUST A FANCY POOR QUALITY CONSTRUCTION BUILDING. Upstairs neighbors were inconsiderate people, don't expect anything from the administrator if you complaint for excessive noise, THEY JUST DON'T CARE, administration will rent to anyone just for the money. They are VERY EXPENSIVE and you will NOT GET the quality experience that you expect for your money, there is no recreation for you or your kids other that a crowded tiny pool during summer, surrounded by drunk people everywhere. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, FORGET ABOUT GETTING YOUR DEPOSIT BACK, DISHONEST ADMINISTRATION will make you a stupid story or false promises about giving your money back, AND YOU WILL NEVER GET IT. My wife and I are professionals people (Dentist and Real Estate Broker) AND WE DON'T RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
