Rainbow Travel Agency was a blessing. I'm so glad I made my travel plans with Gigi. I was so stressed about our family trip and it took the stress away completely. I couldn't have asked for better service. The trip was beautiful and enjoyable thanks to being stress free!

I have been using Rainbow travel and Gigi for over 15 years,and NEVER had a problem.I don't get the negative reviews.Gigi is always professional,and ALWAYS finds the best deals,even on short notice.In fact ,we had a friend that became ill on a trip to Europe,that required hospitalization there that extended beyond our return .gigi helped us make arrangements for the person that stayed behind,and the return trip home.(I might add ,I always get the travel insurance,just in case,you reallly are foolish to travel without it.)

I had been using Rainbow for years for air tickets, Las Vegas get aways, and an occassional cruise...basic travel. Just returned from a three week European vacation. Loved it! Booked all th air, hotel, river cruise, and ground transportation with Rainbow. Gigi was very knowledgeable and offered great tips for our travels. She was right on. Price was good and all was great. We will be back to book with Rainbow next time we have simple or extensive travel plans. Thanks for making our 25th anniversary honeymoon a carefree vacation.

Bad Bad Bad

Gigi has horrible customer service and does not properly handle business affairs. Run, Run, Run as far away from this business as you can. You know how you see bad reviews and give the business a try anyway. Big mistake, you don't want to gamble your money and time on this business at least at the casinos you have a chance at getting your money back. Research this company before you give them your business.

This lady went above and beyond to arrange flights at the best price and group hotel space for our family reunion. 32 people from 6 parts on the country and 3 overseas. Flights all arrived within 2.5 hours or each other. She worked way after hours to help 3 family members when their connecting flight was canceled and they were stranded and the airline wasn't any help she arranged another flight for them. The hotel she recommended was fabulous and she recommended some great sites in the area to visit. Although I don't live in La. I use her services all the time and so do many family members. She (G.G.) knows the business and is very knowledgable about about many parts of the world. We're having her arrange our 2010 reunion in France. Can't wait!

We had to attend a funeral and had to leave within hours, Our agent found us the best rate, we were so thankful. We had called the airlines and they wanted 987.00 per ticket. Gigi was able to obtain them for 433.00 each. We appreciated everything Rainbow Travel did for us at our time of need.

This company does not get any stars from me!!! If you use this agency, do not use GEGE!!! She does not care for her customers, should have check complaints already listed at the Better Business Bureau agains her first. She had to pay some clients money back because of her screw ups. The trip turned out terrible thanks to GEGE. We ended up having to pay 100s more money for a trip that shoud have been all inclusive, she didn't care to keep or update information need for a trip to mexico. After paying 700.00 for the vacation package she lied about hotel fees, hotel destinations, hotel rules, we could not go into hotels where other family members were staying because of wrong information from GEGE, the hotel view was of a construction site, part of the hotel was in renovation, she gave no concern about us as customers, please check the complaints with the better business bureau before using this company. If you should, the only person who cared is Sandy, she tried to fix GEGE's screw ups.
