Used them over 12 years! The best!

I went to Happy Nail to get a refill, and my experience was very disappointing. The guy who started working on them must have never applied nails before. One of my nails had to be replaced and ended up at least 5 times thicker than usual and looked awful. I tried to tell him what was wrong but he just nodded and did nothing about it. They looked terrible, and when I went to wash my hands, one of the lady manicurists looked at my nails, shook her head, and said she'd fix it. She ended up having to work on every nail again. My nails weren't in an acceptable state until 2 1/2 hours after my appointment time, and then I was still told to pay full price. I've gone there once before to get a set put on, and everything went fine, so this was very surprising and disappointing. After the refill experience, I will not be going back.
