I go to Brookshires almost every day, sometimes more that once a day. The managers, especially Derrick is especially helpful and the managers know where almost everything in the store is 99% of the time. Also, the other day my car died in the parking lot. The manager Jeremy offered to give me a ride home or any other help I needed. I think this is a super store and will continue to shop there as long as I live close and they are so great at helping customers. Mister Ed.

I always love going to this grocery store, but when I went to the bakery to talk to them about ordering a wedding cake I was coldly greeted, took a lot of time to tell them what I wanted, filled out an entire order sheet and figured out a good delivery time (spent about 25 mins discussing) ( just wanted a VERY simple three tier cake no decorations, had a picture and everything) all for the lady to say "you know what we cant do this cake and we can't deliver it". Said ok and left went down the street to Julie Anne's Bakery where the prices were very similar, took half the time explaining what I wanted, and the cake was very good and the staff was very nice and had no problems delivering.
