Absolute WORST experience I've ever had with a nail salon. The man that did my nails literally rushed through them and didn't even bother asking how I wanted them. And when I proceeded to ask him if he could trim them down a bit, he got an attitude. My nails turned out uneven and parts of my nails are missing polish because he thought getting me out of there fast was more important than providing the service I paid for. As I was waiting for them to dry I accidentally messed one up and asked him to fix it. He rudely stood in the middle of the "salon" and applied a huge blob of top coat on my nail leaving them looking even worse than they did and motioned me toward the door. I honestly don't see how this place is still in business. If you're looking for decent service and pretty nails, this is NOT the place for you.

They always take good care of me when I am coming though! Get to know them since 2013 and they are great

I have been to this place numerous times and have spent alot of money here but after today I NEVER go again. I was refused service without explanation. I truly feel that because I didn't ask for a service over a certain amount of money, which was to get my nails cut down without a refill, I was refused service. I will never go back and I would advice no one to go here because the store manager/ owner is very rude and unprofessional. St.Vincent mall should seek a contract with other professional nail company.

Possibly the worst customer service experience I have had in my entire life. Decided to go to the mall for a "me" day. They ruined my relaxing afternoon. I was verbally attacked a male technician, who yelled and cussed at me because he thought I had food with me. when I went to another technician, he decided to keep yelling at me despite multiple employees scolding him to stop. Eventually, I had to leave without getting anything done. Such a ghetto atmosphere.
