Do not shop there. They are overpriced and lead you to believe they are selling quality product and that’s the reason they cost more. I was sucked into their games and made a huge mistake shopping with them. I bought flooring for my entire house from them. First I will start with the carpet installation in which they missed cutting out two- floor vents and covered them up with carpet in which they did not come back and cut out. Second they sold horrible hardwood in which they claim its grade A select but when you open the boxes you will find out its garbage hardwood with tons of defects. The best part is you cannot return open boxes. So, if you open a box and find garbage and want your money back they will refuse and send you to the manufacturer. Also when you want to return the wood in unopened boxes they will want a 15% restocking fee for the garbage they sold. I feel completely cheated by them and will never purchase anything from them and I will let everyone I possible know the experience I had with them. If you are looking for flooring go to Lumber Liquidators or Home depot/menards at least they will accept returns if the wood is damaged or crooked like the wood I received from FCA Flooring. If you still are considering FCA I hope for your sake you do not have to return anything or okay with overpriced sub par flooring then FCA is for you. My fiance and I stopped by FCA on a Sunday afternoon to look for carpet for our new townhouse. We have never bought any carpet before and refered to see Jim. He was really helpful in finding just the right style and color to match our new paint. We are closing on our house in a week and can get the new carpet installed before we move in. All the salepeople were really friendly and even offered to come to our new house and do a design service. Wow!

I was in FCA this evening at around 4:45. We were out and about all day, and on the way home wanted to stop into FCA because we needed to look at tile for a backsplash in our kitchen. I understand completely that the store was going to close at 5:00 and we were not looking to stay past that time. However, we were not greeted when we walked into the store, we were looked at like we had 3 heads because we came into the store, and when we FINALLY were greeted by James A. Vonch, he couldn't put his phone down long enough to carry on a conversation with me. He then talked to me like I was some sort of idiot, telling me that putting up a backsplash is some sort of "intense project" and we would need to sit down at another time. All I simply wanted was to come in to look for ideas and possibly pick out and buy tile. I already have someone who will be putting the backsplash up for me. This would have been an easy sale, however you have now lost my business. I have done business with yo
