I called Serenity Plumbing for a clogged drain. Tim came out right away and fixed the problem. Tim is knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. Very reasonable rates, I highly recommended Serenity Plumbing!

We really appreciate Tim!! His estimates have been priced fairly and beat the others we had considerably. He has been honest, prompt and professional the couple times we have needed work done. We will always use Serenity for plumbing and hvac.

Communication is terrible. Told me that there was no chance I'd need a new tank, but inspector forced it. I know that's not his fault but I was guaranteed it wouldn't happen several times before I pulled the permit. After dragging out doing my complete septic install for over a month, I was told they wouldn't do it, which didn't leave me enough time to get it done before cold weather, or without having to pay a high premium to get another company to do it.

Tim is excellent!! He got the job done right! He's professional, friendly, honest, and a gentle personality if you are leary of strangers. I called him for a 2nd opinion for my gas water heater before replacing it. I first called the company that is posted in many yards. The plumber was very nice but heard 12 years old and pushed for $1400 replacement. I have never had a problem so I went with the thermocouple. The flame died within a few hours. My home smelled of gas. I called Serenity for a 2nd opinion. Tim found the problem immediately. The gas valve wasn't tightened AT ALL after the repair and caused a significant gas leak. He can also replace my water heater when I'm ready for way less than $1400. I will call Tim when it comes time to replace my water heater and for my bathroom remodeling project- they actually have packages priced to take the guess work out of a beautiful new bathroom. My gas leak is a bit of a blessing to have found a person that I trust with my home. Thank you!

Couldn't have been more pleased with the service that I received. I called at 9:00 A.M. on a Saturday morning and he was at my door by 10:45 and my issue was resolved by 11:45 for a very reasonable price! I would recommend to anyone.

Tim does a great job with excellent service at half the cost of the big companies. I will definitely use him anytime I have a problem!

I called Tim and he was at my house the same day to fix my drain problem. He was unable to do so that day and returned the next morning to take care of me. Did not charge me extra, and PROBLEM SOLVED!!!! He was on time, professional, and courteous. I would recommend his services to anyone! Great Job Tim and THANK YOU again!!!

I called at noon and Tim was able to get to my problem the same day. I had a new water heater by 4:30. Great service and courteous staff. I will call them again for my plumbing/AC/furnace needs!

I called Serenity around 8:00 a.m., and Tim came out to fix my leak at 9:00 a.m., the same day. I never expected service that quick. Tim was polite and explained the problem before he completed the work.. The job was done and I am really happy with the service I received. I will be calling Serenity in the near future for some cosmetic plumbing work. Thanks Tim!

Serenity Plumbing provided great, same day service and the price was very reasonable. Tim is friendly, polite, professional, and knowledgeable, but most importantly he fixed the problem! I will call Serenity Plumbing next time we're in need. :)

We had very good service and they were prompt and very knowledgeable! Replaced a water softener and did an excellent job and the price was reasonable! We'll use them again!
