Provided by YP.comI used to constantly receive other people's mail. I have probably complained no less than 15 times over the past couple of years. I usually will wait until there have been about 4 problems before I complain. Sometimes they don't deliver at all. Other times they will deliver and not take my out going mail. Often I receive mail that has obviously been delivered to the wrong address first (as it is a week late and there are comments from the receiver that it was delivered to the wrong address). Today the mail man didn't come at all. Yesterday and the day before he just put my mail on top of the stack he delivered, so I KNOW that he saw the mail. When I call to complain they tell me to put a sign in my mailbox that says please deliver only ....rd. mail. I did that and it didn't help. The manager/supervisor says she will speak to the guy about it, but he doesn't remember me having any mail...was my flag up?, was there a vehicle or garbage can in the way? was there adequate postage? Obviously I wouldn't call and complain if that was the case. In most cases it is my Netflix movies, so they are prepaid. I am losing money/not getting my money's worth b/c they keep doing this. Sometimes my movies will show up back at Netflix before I've even received them! So, they were either delivered to the wrong address and the people decided to watch them and send them back...or more likely the mail man did. I can not receive any help from these people....how hard can it be to deliver mail to the correct address in a timely fashion? People have been doing it for years!!
