It took me 3 calls to get through, because the 1st time, I was hung up on, the 2nd I waited 10 mins before I decided to call with my cell and my order was take right away.

Also, there was hardly any pizza sauce on my pizza, i lifted up cheese and it was barely there.

The pizza hut sauce is the main reason I order from them vs their competitors.

No surprise, it sounds like a bunch of clueless kids running the place.

This is not my first time having this experience, but I am glad to say it will be my LAST.

I get my work clothes dry cleaned. I spent about $50.00 a week on dry cleaning, so I consider myself a very good customer. I brought a dress in to be altered. Not only did they ruin the dress by sewing it crooked, but they sewed it smaller than the pin line, so the dress was unwearable. It was a material that once you took the stiches out, it would show, so it couldnotsimply be re-sewn.



When the owners wife saw what happened, she was very sorry, and wanted to pay for the dress. The owner went into a rage, and called me a cheater, and said it was a false claim. His wife said she thought I was right, and they should pay for the dress, which was for a wedding in two days. The owner started screaming at me, and told me never to come back. He said this was not about the money, but about character. I said I agreed with that, and if he had good character, he would pay for what he ruined, since I wouldhave to go out and buy a new dress. I was again told never to come back, and they didn't need my business.

Whenever I need a treat for myself or a box of donuts for the meeting at work, I stop here. Everything is fresh--try my favorite--the Maple Bars.
