IN CAHOOTS WITH USED CAR DEALERS........ YEA!!!! i really agree with these people that got connected with this Office. They dont care about anything you gotta say or do. They are cold people starting with the Supervisor and the supposed managers. Here you are trying to set up a payment for your car and they just threaten you '" give us the car back, or we will go REPO " so here you are trying to keep something your working hard to pay and all they do is ignore you. the business way about payment to anyone is to keep in communication with them as to what is happening with your payment so they know you are not trying to Spit Town all they do is say "oh well, you got to pay or we will pick up the vehicle" , when you need a car to go to work and Budget and due DATES..it does not always come together. They still dont care all they do is harass .
they will spend all this Money on REPO people to go pk up your vehicle. Instead of waiting you to pay and you are telling them that and exactly when you will pay them. they are really not business like or ethical in that world of Financing. i think they are in cahoots!!with the Used CAR DEALERS THEY ARE IN BUSINESS WITH. THE LEMON LAW OF CALIFORNIA ALSO SAYS THAT. THESE USED CAR DEALERS WILL TAKE YOUR JOB AND A LARGE DOWNPAYMENT to get into a car.... SUUUUURE, BUT ALL THAT ENDS UP HAPPENING IS YOU GET A BIG PAYMENT each month. this Finance company falls rite in with them to get your money or ELSE!! On top of that the used car you purchased is having all types of problems. You now have the payment to this Finance Company and Money for repairs.. I bet alot of you have or will go though what i just typed. I went in to Office and they were also RUDE...these guys are nothing but LIARS when it comes to the transactions you have with them and the Used Car Dealer. watch your backs with this Finance Comp they dont care what the used care dealer did for you to get the car you purchased. They want to get payed what ever it takes...Yea warn everybody about this Place and the Used Car Dealers that work with them,, they are making MONEY for them...CROOKS

I received extremely poor customer service. During the call, I asked a rep for assistance in setting up a payment arrangement. The associate scoffed upon my request and advised that I had until 5:00pm THAT DAY to make the payment in full. He stated that if I did not make the payment that my account was at “risk”
I asked for a supervisor to assist me. The supervisor, who provided her name then asked me (if I needed help spelling that) advised that she was doing me a favor by giving me until Friday THREE DAYS to make payment in full. She then proceeds to tell me all the things that the company CAN NOT do for me. I asked her who could help me, and she said “she was it".
I hung up without any payment arrangement feeling completely annoyed at the treatment I received while trying to make some type of payment. I have never experienced an incident like this one. It was extremely disheartening that I could not receive the assistance I was requesting. I was treated very disrespectful the supervisor spoke in a very condescending matter and was very rude! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I have never experience the harrassing phone calls or extremely rude service but I am currently investigating being overcharged for financing. It seems to vary each months sometimes being ridiculously high like 3x the amount of some months, makes no sense. I will fix rating if they fix my finance charges. What I can say good about them is that if you pay your note on time consistently it will dramatically increase your credit score. Hope this helps as a non-bias honest opinion.

Wish I would have read the reviews before I went here. Well actually I was going to go with Chase but I was denied and then these clowns took over. I hate all the girls (that is what the are little girls) Ashley, Jessica and one more. They are super mean and rude and it is hard to speak to them without getting upset. I don't answer their calls and their voice messages are too rude for my liking. I can't wait to get my tax return so I can pay my balance off.

Look, we all know everyone goes through hard times & pymnts my not b on time but you guys AMERICAN FINANCE take the cake. You guys dont just try to collect you guys HARRASS HARRASS HARRASS. None of you project yourselves IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. Your Asst. Mngr. must b truly miserable to allow you guys to harrass people the way you do. Had i known in the beginning about your company, I wouldnt have bought a car. You guys threaten thats not nice. Its against the law.
