I called to order some parts for a Trails West trailer at the suggestion of Trails West headquarters, since this is the closest dealer to me. I was VERY unhappy with how I was treated. It took multiple calls to get any help, and Tammy was very rude on the phone, and they insisted that they would need to charge me freight shipping, even though Trails West is shipping them a trailer in a couple of weeks, and they (TW) told me it could come in the trailer with no shipping. Another Trails West dealer who is just a little farther away assured me that they would get it for me with no freight, no problem. Oh, and initially Tammy told me that I would need to pay freight since it would go to the Billings store, and need to get brought to Sheridan, but when I found out that there are trailers coming straight to Sheridan regularly, she then told me that they needed to make some money on me, since I hadn't bought the trailer from them. The very worst in customer service, to say the least. Buyer beware!
