bait and swtich

Found a great car online from them listed at 4995. Went in and it was 1800$ more then what was online, still wanted to test drive it so I set that up and came on the next day to do so and was told it was still being washed only to find out its sitting onthe lot as we drive away. Now its at almost 9000 online. They have no idea what there doing at this dealship.
