Love this place!! Friend suggested we do the MS 150 so I had to go get a bike. GO SEE KEN! They took so much time with me and answered all of my questions. Even if I go in for socks or new bar tape they always take the time to chat and make sure I have all of my questions answered. Bought my wife bike there and I'm getting ready for #2!!

Not friendly. Not helpful. Had to seek out someone to help me. Since I hadn't purchased my bike from them (just wanted to purchase accessories) he didn't seem interested in helping me or answering questions. I won't go back.

There are so many great things to say about Bike Lane. I am an entry level rider yet they treat me like a rock star. Their customer service is awesome. It does not matter which employee waits on you. Everyone is knowledgeable, helpful and there to serve the customer. They love cycling and the cycling community and they give back to make the sport better for everyone. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Thank you Bike Lane!
