I would like to thank Eddie Raymond for same day service in repairing a cap (shingles) that the high winds blew off our roof on 3/31/2022. It only took Eddie 10 minutes to repair. While up on the roof he did inspect and found no other damage. Performance Fiberglass replaced our roof back in 2017. I called the company today, 4/1/2022, to see if someone can come out to repair the one cap that the wind blew off. I I was praying that we can get someone out today as the weather was calling for rain the next day. After speaking with Franka (error in correct spelling) in the office she assure me that I will get a phone call and someone will be out to inspect the area.
Eddie did come out & made the repairs. Thank you again Performance Fiberglass for the swift customer service and same day repair.
