For many years I have been in the Customer Service Supervisor for a very large corporation. I have encountered and corrected many issues. Osaka has poor management , a disrespectful and assuming staff,to treat a family of Business owners and Military retiree's in such a fashion is a mistake worth looking into by the General Manager.
My family and I a group of thirteen started our outing for what we thought would be a wonderful Birthday dinner and it turned into disaster. Our reservation was for 6 30 we were refused seating until our entire group was there.
Once everyone arrived we went back in and assumed we would be seated we were not.This went on for an hour and a half,finally they came to seat us but at two different tables separating a family celebration is unacceptable. We had been more than patient but frustrated at this point we walked out.
Here lies the problem ...They accepted our reservation for 6 30 the hostess tells one family member when she tried to get a new wait time we do not take reservations in the same breath tells her they reserved that same large table for another party at 6 that evening double booking and double talk
No apology no was given to My family

I would not recommend Osaka to anyone, these poor practices lead to outraged consumers and failing businesses
Correct your issues by whatever means possible and I'm sure people would enjoy your Steak House, unless the cuisine matches the service, for I have no way of knowing.
To correct this issue for my family I made a call to another local restaurant who were more than happy to accommodate our party and within 10 minutes after arriving we were seated .

Friendly Staff loved everything about this place!

Food is great and service is the best.

We love this restaurant. We take our kids here and they love to watch them cook in front of us and the food is great.

The sushi is perfect and fairly-priced. The menu items are delicious. The service is excellent, even if the wait can be a bit lengthy. Best on the east side.
