The absolute worst Service I've ever had in my life! Don't bother. Nails techs are in inexperienced. When the situation was brought to the attention of management, she tried to deflect. She initially gave me the "I'm sorry BUT..."

I was eventually compensated but not until after she realized I wasn't accepting just a sorry and no nails.

Save you time and your money. It's not worth it. I will never return and advise whomever reads this not to goas chances are really high that you'll be disappointed. Save yourself.

I don't often get my nails done so I when I do I was really expecting to pamper myself and be in a quiet, calm environment. I was expecting much more from luv. They did not deliver at all.
The technicians were nice but did not listen and I ended up with a disappointing mani/ pedi.
The ambience / environment was loud and felt like everyone was in a rush. The technicians were pushy. I understand that they get paid by commission and make more money the more clients they do. But I did not like the pushiness. Also, they didn't listen. I wanted squoval acrylic nails but ended with round. I don't like round nails. Plus both ladies that did my nails did a poor job painting them. As the icing on the cake for me was that they don't do nail art. They didn't even have rhinestones. To most that may be a tiny part that doesn't matter but it's the icing on the cake for me. I want my nails designed and looking amazing. I was left with plain and boring.
Do not like this place at all. Definitely won't go back.

I wish I could give this place negative stars! I called over two months ago to place an appointment for my bridal party and I show up today and they don't have my appointment and they don't have time to fit us in anywhere. It was only 4 people! Way to ruin my wedding! Horrible service! The front desk lady even call Rochester to make sure I didn't mistakenly make our appointment there, basically assuming that I was too stupid to call the correct place! Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!

Not a happy experience at all!!! A group of 10ppl came to get mani/pedi the day before my friends wedding. We were told that we would have an area that we could set up some snacks and we would be in the same vacinity as eachother. However, we we scattered all though the salon (even though we were the 1st ones there when they opened) and when we asked for a table 2 set up snacks they lady told us we couldnt. They were very rude and robotic. There are many more things that happened but it would take hours to explain it all. Long story short, WE WILL NEVER BE BACK!
