Provided by YP.comAfter waiting 30 minutes in the lobby to get a repair estimate, I was told no. I was straight forward and honest about my intentions and had a simple request. If I had been sneaky, I would have walked out with the repair estimate I requested. I think this is a direct reflection on how they do business.
