I love Magic Car Wash!! My car is so sparkly after I wash there! The employees are great and so friendly!!! I used to go to Kwik Trip but I hated waiting in line forever to get washed...some days I'd spend 30 minutes in line! At Magic, the line can be long but it keeps moving and I've never waited more than 10 minutes, even when the line was out to the street. Thanks Magic!

This is the best car wash I've ever been to! The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the main guy (Chad I think) chit chats with me about the Brewers every time I'm there...you don't find that sort of friendly customer service much anywhere anymore. My car looks immaculate every time I go through! The automated pay station is really easy to use, and it gives me $1s and $5s for change instead of all quarters like everywhere else! I just signed up for their monthly plan for $28 per month and now I wash ever few days and everyone compliments me on my clean and shiny car!

On a side note, there is another review on here from someone that says there is an issue with their POS, but I've never had a problem, and I see many many cars washing there, presumably, without issue. Perhaps it's an operator error.... I also can't imagine them treating a customer with disrespect unless the guy was simply a jerk in the first place. Or maybe he's a disgruntled ex-employee....just a thought lol

In any case, I LOVE THIS CAR WASH and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
