Absolutely no instructor assistance. Paid for a day of beauty and instructor wouldn't help the student with doing my gel nails. They literally was going to have her do it and she has never been taught how. I ended up getting regular polish and paying extra to boot. I will say the student was trying her best, but she,
nor I got what we paid for. Instructors were sitting in the office visiting, so it's not like they were too busy.

I was very upset when I went to get a haircut the girl at the counter was on a personal phone call about a rental car then she gets off the phone and finds out who is up next to do a haircut and comes back gets back on a personal call and starts talking about the person that is suppose to cut my hair is mad and doesn't want to cut hair so I got up and said she won't have too , now keep in mind it was only the lady at the counter and myself in the waiting area , do disrespectful , and disorganized
