I did not have a good experience here buying a bible. My purchase was made on line on 10/27/12 and today I had to ask for my money back. They don't call you or write you back and things become ugly. I asked for my bible to be stamped and they spelled my name wrong and the stamp was crooked so I called and reported this and they asked me to send it back and I would get a new one. Well the new one did not show up and after waiting three weeks I called again and was told that they had been in touch with me but I did not receive a phone call and I did not get a email, both caller Id and email confirmed that no contact was made. I spoke to one of the owners and was told that this bible was no longer made by standard publishing and she would make me a deal and sent the old bible back and give me a 15% discount and drop the stamping charges, two days later I got the money promised but a month later no bible. I made a call and I sent a nasty email and still no contact and so today I called and spoke with Jody and finally Raenne and they say they mailed the bible out on the 10th but that my name is not in shipping so they don't know what happened. I do not think that the bible was lost in the mail but misplaced or taken home by a employee and in the end I had to ask for the rest of my money back. This thing has taken over two months of my time and a lot of anger at a company that should have been doing things better. Be careful where you spend your money and just because they sell bibles do not expect that your dealing with competent people here. On a lighter note I went to the publishing company and they had the bible I was looking for so if it comes then all has worked out well but boy and I tired of this.
