I have used Johnny several times in the past and have referred him to many others. this time we paid him $200 to fix our dryer and it is not fixed, he did not even care to come back out to make sure it is working. Very disappointed and will not use him again and have passed on to the other to never use him again.

Mr. John has saved so many of my appliances. He was also able to completely re-wire my nearly antique harvest gold range top I love so much. The list of things repaired in my older home continues to grow. Mr. John is at the top of my call list.

Excellent work. I called JW Appliance to repair an issue with my parents Kenmore Dryer. They arrived quickly, and replaced the thermostat. At that time they advised that the exhaust hose needed to be cleaned, and I set a reminder for the following week to get that done for my elderly parents. The next day (Saturday), the dryer wasn't working and I placed a follow up call. They showed up that afternoon, examined the parts that had been replaced, and took care of the line cleaning so that my parents machine would operate safely and normally. I am grateful they made the return call and fixed that issue before I could get to it. Will definitely use them again.

DO NOT USE! He had no clue what he was doing. Could only move my frig out from the wall 6 inches. He never check condenser coils. Lied to me about checking the coolant levels, when I asked what the psi was on the Freon level he could not tell me. Just kept stating he would be back tomorrow with computer board. Then still expected me to pay the $69 fee even though he had not done a single thing to the refrigerator! And it might be the computer board?? Once I started asking questions he no longer wanted to speak with me, he only wanted to speak with my husband... REALLY! It is 2016 and you can't speak with a woman, who by the way, was the person at home at the time of the service call!! KEEP SHOPPING! DO NOT CALL THIS PERSON!

My refrigerator stopped working late last night. In a panic I called JW Appliances first thing in the morning. I knew nothing about the company. I saw a good YP review and, not knowing who else to call, took a chance. They came out with only a couple of hours notice and had my 12 year old refrigerator running like new. I cannot believe how well it's working.

I wish all contractors did business like JW. The repairman was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. And best of all, he didn't charge an exorbitant fee like so many contractors do. From now on, this is the only appliance repair company I will use.

Great service! Friendly and fast! Icemaker broke and he replaced the motor in about 15 mins! Will definitely call again!

Excellent! Dryer heating element went out in the middle of laundry day. The gentleman was able to come within an hour and took care of the dryer at a resonable price. I would call them again if needed and definitely would recommend. Thank you!

I would give him less than one star if I could. He is rude and unprofessional. He attempts cosmetic repairs by slamming things shut. Horrible horrible service. NEVER USE THEM.

They've made several repairs for us over the years, and I'm pleased with the service. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

I wish I could give a negative star... I used this company to get a diagnoses on my front loader washing machine. The guy showed up, takes 4 screws off the back of my washing machine, removes the back cover, points at a part, and tells me that is what needs to be replaced. He used no tools or volt meters to check any kind of electrical connections and did not inspect for any further problems. And told me to replace it because it would be to expensive for him to do. He was here for 5 minutes took his $50.00 and left . I replaced the part and it didn't fix the problem , and now they want another $50.00 to come back out, after I said no to , that they should come back for free he hung up on me and will not answer my calls now . I would never use this company again

The nicest people on earth nice and clean store and appliance. Extremley knowlable sales man that should be paid well this guy was so helpfull and so honest. I love my new washer dryer wilfredo. Nobody can or will beat your prices or services. Your made us feel right at home god bless keep up the great work. And to the sales man I'm a very satisfied customer because you narrowed down they appliances to a tea wow very helpfull. You sure do know your stuff thanks janet nb resident

Very good. I have been using his service for 10 yrs. J.W has repaired all my appliances. I simply won't call anyone else. I get honest, reliable service, I am satisfied.
