I have been visiting Jump Trax regularly for the past 6 months, and it has always been a good value and great time for the kids. However, after a recent experience, I will not be returning. Two large, overweight men were playing roughly on the slides and obstacle course. They were clearly over the 200 lb posted weight limit and were not behaving in an appropriate manner. Both inflatables were filled with children as young as two years old. I was worried that the men could cause serious injury to the kids. After voicing my concerns to three staff members, I was finally told that the men were allowed to play with their children in this manner. The behavior of both of these men, in addition to that of other parents who appeared to be well over the weight limits posted on the equipment, is a danger to any child playing on the structure. Jump Trax is NOT a safe place to bring your children.
