We never do more than two home inspections per day. This allows us time to do a thorough inspection of your new home. This also means we charge a little more than most of our competitors. I come to all inspections, plus there is a HVAC inspector Mitchell that will provide a certified safety check of the heat plant and AC system, and on most single family homes we have a exterior inspector that will check the roof, siding and windows of the home.
