Stopped in to get some suits tailored and was told by the owner she was too busy to fit me in although I was the only one in the store to get measured. Poor and rude customer service.

Am taking sewing lessons with the owner. Am learning a great deal and Pam is so creative and thinks outside of the box. if necessary, she does not seem to mind if the lesson runs overtime as she really wants you to learn. I also enjoy her as a person and she makes the lessons enjoyable and is not critical at all but makes very good suggestions. i would recommend her to anyone interested in learning to sew even if it is just the basics.

I got my wife's brides maids dress altered here and the lady acted as if I was putting her out.





We got the dress back Thursday and the top wasn't taken in at all as far as we could tell. I called on Friday and then again on Monday morning she finally called me back at 4:10 Monday. I told her we were leaving on Thursday morning but that didn't seem to be of much importance to her. She gave me only one option and that was to be there Wednesday before she opened and she would "try" to have it done before she closed. I told her my wife could not get there at that time, her reply was I don't know what you want me to do I am busy. I told her to forget it, then she started to say well maybe I can do it Tuesday but wouldn't give me a definite time. So I told her agian to just forget it and how I was done dealing with her and her attitude. She then offered a refund so I accepted but then she decided to still charge for the hem she did. I was so mad I said fine . she says she will mail it to me but I wont hold my breath



Don't waste your time or money this lady has better things to do then to be bothered by customers
