Provided by YP.comThis builder comes in with low bid, but charges extraordinarily high for any change orders or upgrades and do not give back proper credit. Add three times the initial proposed price. In addition, plan on taking lots of time off from work to manage the construction process yourself since the builder is never available. The father and son team are never available to manage the project (always gone on fishing trips to Florida) and will not answer calls once the contract is signed and construction is underway. I would not recommend this builder at all.
