Provided by YP.comThis company installed a unit in 2008 with the promise of a 10 year warranty, and only put us in for a 5 year warranty. When we tried to address this, they became defensive and hostile and refused to accept our calls and answer our emails. We are unjustly out $1300 because of this company.
