We've gone four times this year and each time the food was absolutely delicious and the service was good. If this restaurant has a 3 star rating why is it always packed? I don't get it. Anyway, the steaks are well seasoned, the French onion soup the best we've tasted, their yams super sweet, and their blooming onions were a trip.

They have occasional promotions which are very good.

RUDE night shift manager

My husband sent his plate back because his chicken was burnt. 15 mins later the night shift manager who is a tall obese man with glasses brought my husband's new plate out, he said a couple of sarcastic remarks while my husband was eating his salad. He said "Oh I'll just hold this hot plate and act like a macho man until you're done, even though it's really hot." I don't know what was wrong with him but that is not how a manager should treat their customers. My husband put his fork and knife on his bowl and the manager rudely pushed it aside knocking his fork and knife of the bowl. I was shocked and asked our waitress not knowing that man was the manager. He definitely needs another job. They definitely lost our service there. Never going there again.

Ruined a birthday meal

Went for my mil birthday, first we called ahead and were told 40 mins. Get there about 10 mins before we were told we'd be seated, waited another 30 mins to be seated. Then 2 of our steaks were overcooked. By the time they got it right the rest of our family was done eating. Needless to say I sent it back since I was not gonna rush to eat since they couldn't get it right in a timely fashion. Ruined what was supposed to be a nice night. Thanks Outback!

Cold Food, Slow Service

My New York Strip was tough and full of grissle and cold. The mixed vegetable side were also cold. The French Onion Soup was extremely watered down. I could have gotten better French Onion Soup from a can. After we ordered it took them 24 miniutes to serve the soup. We waited an additonal 15 minutes after we fishished the soup for the main entre only to have served cold.
