Our family (two adults and four kids) was making a trip from Southern CA when we ended up with tire issues, twice. By the second one we were out of spares. We limped in to Walmart but their tire center closed at 7pm. So we ended up spending the night in their parking lot. Right when they opened at 7am we pulled up only to be refused service. Apparently they have a policy that if we can't pull in their bay (it's quite small), then they won't work on it. They said if we pull the tire ourselves, they'd replace it but we can't break the lug nuts ourselves. They didn't even bother to tell us there was Les Schwab Tires in the next shopping center. They sent us away, flopping tread without the slightest concern. Lucky for us we had a totally different experience at Les Schwab's who opened early to help our family out. The main store was nice and friendly but if you need tires, skip them and head across the way.
