It is one of three companies Mountaire Farms of North Carolina and Mountaire Farms of Delaware are the others that together form Mountaire Corporation, a network of breeder facilities, hatcheries, feed mills and processing plants. They produce a variety of chicken products for the retail, wholesale and export markets. Mountaire Farms of Delmarva has headquarters in Selbyville, Del. Originally named H&H Poultry, the company was acquired in 1977 by Mountaire Corporation and renamed Mountaire Farms of Delmarva. Its products are provided by contract growers throughout Delaware s Delmarva Peninsula.
