The story of the unhappy Sips customer. Been using them for years and never had nothing but good to say about them. Fast service and cheap. Some people buy 3000.00 machines and hate to spend a few hundred bucks on it because they don't take care of them. 5 star rating

I was so disappointed with this company. I sent my machine in and was told it needed a new computer board which was over $330.00, and that after they put the new board in they would test the machine and make sure nothing else was wrong. They knew I did not want to put alot of money into an old machine. Well, the machine came back to me in worse shape then I sent it, and they would not repair it with out additional charges to me. I told them before I spent over 300.00 that if it cost anymore, I would rather not have it repaired. This place is a rip off stay away.
