Recently, our dishwasher wasn't draining properly. We bought a new one. We told the installer that the old one didn't drain properly. He installed the new dishwasher and left. We ran a load -- still not draining properly. We called him back the same day. He said it was our problem, not his. My husband is going crazy trying to fix the drain.
