Dr. McNeal was born and raised in Sedalia. He graduated salutatorian from Smith-Cotton High School in 2003 where he received a full academic scholarship to the University of Missouri-Columbia. He graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Missouri in 2010. He has decided to give back to the community which had done so much for him and practice Veterinary Medicine here in his home town. Dr. Chad L McNeal, DVM is now the proud owner of Thompson Hills Animal Clinic. Dr. McNeal has been working with Dr. Fobian for over 10 years. He has three canine family members Princess (Shi Tzu), Zoey (Boston Terrier), and Jake (mixed breed). Dr. McNeal’s veterinary interests are preventative medicine, surgery, and dental work. His hobbies include football, woodworking, being outdoors, and spending time with his lovely wife Kimberly and 2 daughters Carli Sue and Kaeli.

Thompson Hills Animal Clinic was originally started in 1981 as a companion animal practice by Dr. Fobian and his wife Rita.Dr. Fobian practiced in a remodeled clinic at 1439 Thompson Blvd until they outgrew the building and built the current facility at 1201 Thompson Blvd. in 1996. Since that time the practice has grown to include three other great veterinarians.
