So someone rated them a 5 star just because this place got rated a 1 star.... ok one test drive the car and take it to get inspected. Oh hey look the transmission slips! But they say it's how it drives imagine that!

Hmmm... two sides to every story I think? We sell around 1200 cars a year and of course there’s always 1 or 2 that no matter what you do absolutely nothing matters to them. I’m sure everyone knows the type.

We also should of course remember this vehicle had no issues when she purchased it, test drove it, and drove it over 100 miles home and had for several days to a week before contacting us. Although I give a FREE 30day 1000 mile limited warranty these were not even warranty items, And I still paid the lions share as a courtesy!...

Some people I have found in over 30 years in this business can never be satisfied no matter what you try to do to help them, which I do, and did within reason (although most dealers I’ve worked at do not) until I finally had to draw the line and cut the umbilical cord to her free service or trying to help with her preventative maintenance type issues.

Some of the most important things I noticed she forgot to mention were I EVEN OFFERED HER A FULL CHEERFULL REFUND if she felt mistreated somehow or the vehicle was disappointment to her, she also failed to note the vehicle was priced near $1500 to $2000 back of average retail within 200 miles of our location (based on Autotrader ) and lastly the first time she brought the vehicle back to us the 4x4 was engaged I disengaged it and the scraping noise stopped, she forgot that to, as she conveniently remains anonymous in her “complaints”

I even gave her free loaner cars, spent 100’s of my own dollars, everything I could do to satisfy her. What else can I do if someone even declines a full refund?... and then still complains.

And lastly, I counted we’ve sold almost 12,000 vehicles in the last 10 years and how many complaints do we have here? I really feel compelled to say I feel for the next dealer she walks into…I could go on and on but will stop here and hope you keep in mind the other 11,997 satisfied customers who didn’t complain…..
