My mother made an appointment on monday 12.22.14 to get our nails done the following day at 12.23.14 at 2:30pm. We were set to get mani's and pedi's. We arrived at 2pm hoping we would get in early, however we didn't so we waited until 2:30pm. One of the ladies took us back to the pedicure chairs and we soaked our feet. Kate, the lady who started on my mother's pedicure was very nice. My mother was already done and onto her mani before I even got started. I, however sat there with my feet in the water for 40 minutes before Steven came over to do my pedicure. By this time it was 3:10pm, Steven apologized for having to wait so long. I said, "oh, it's fine." I was tired of sitting for so long I told Steven that I just wanted to do a polish change, and no leg massage. I noticed he wasn't too pleased with that, probably because he knew he'd be losing money since I just wanted a polish change now. He began my pedi by slamming down the tools, carelessly filing and buffing my nails. He just "dabbed" on my RED nail polish, which got all over my skin. I noticed he wasn't trying to do a good job at all. He moved my stuff over to the mani table to start on my shelac mani. I inspected my toe nail polish job, I asked him if he could clean it up a bit. He took what looked like a little paintbrush and began removing the red polish from my skin around my nails. He didn't do a very good job, so I asked if I could try to get more of the polish off. I took the brush and the polish still wasn't coming off. I finally asked him just to remove the red polish all together and he snapped, "it's too much work to take it off, I just cleaned it up. Why did you have to mess it up?" I was appalled he was treating a PAYING CUSTOMER like this. He asked me if I still wanted my mani and I said, "no, I'm done." He began cleaning up the area and slamming the chairs around, then proceeded on to the next customer. He didn't apologize for the way he treated me and he still charged my 10.00 for a service I am clearly unhappy with.
