The machine was set to rotate twice and then rest for 10 seconds before rotating twice again. After a couple minutes of watching the total lack of agitation, I called the owner and she blamed the manufacturer. The spin cycle was super slow and my jeans were dripping wet when I removed them from the machine.
The people in the adjacent dry cleaners said that the machines were set like that to make the owner money and that she couldn't care less if you got your cloths clean or not.
Avoid this place like the plague!
