Provided by YP.comWe left both of our dogs there in 6/19/08 - 6/26/08. Our Minpin Rocky and our chihuahua Mabelline.
While in their care I called just about every day to check on them. I was told that Rocky had a upset tummy and they were concerned about him. I asked if they could give rocky some rice and not feed him his wet food just the dry which they did and that stopped the "runs" that he had.
I was told that (other than that) they were just fine, everything ok.
Upon picking them up they seemed very happy to see us jumping all around, paid our bill and headed towards the car. During the drive home my bf's son said that there was something wrong with Rocky's back. As I was driving I was unable to really look at his back until we got home.
Seeing his back I could see there was 4 large lumps on his back and I tried to get a closer look which he would not allow.
Finally I was able to see that Rocky had been Bitten several times on his back. When I called to report this I was told they had not seen anything and that Rocky was given a bath, I really cant see how they did that because of the infection that had set in on his back.
We took Rocky to the vet Jan White of Renton. She had told us she has seen this alot with Doggy Daycares and that we should take pictures and discuss it with Wags and she was sure that we could work something out.
I called and discussed this with Jean and told her what had happen Rocky. All she could do was say she was sorry and offered 2 free days to us. My dog had been bitten 4 times, infection set in, why in the world would I allow him to say there again. This went so far as Jean claimed this to her insurance which told us.....the paper that you signed when you allowed Rocky and Mabelline to stay there takes all fault away from Jean and Wags. No Compensation, nothing.
We left a happy healthy dog in your care, custody, and control and this is not what we picked up. Our pets will not be returning to your facility.

Provided by YP.comPlease never take your precious animal here. Jean Peters is not a good business owner. She is mean to the dogs when she thinks no one is looking, On many occasions I smelled alcohol on her breath, and am pretty sure I witnessed another employee kick a dog. The dogs never look happy and always seem anxious to leave. The "big dog area" is really small and really dirty, I witnessed many piles of poo and puddles of pee when I asked to take a look. My dog went for a month and hated it. I would pick him up after work and it was obvious that he had not been outside that day (wags says they walk your dog twice a day) because he'd pee uncontrollably right outside the door and then would proceed to shake for an hour afterward. As I'd approach the door Id hear the employees yelling at the dogs but as soon as Id walk in they would stop. No one seemed to know what they were doing and it seems like half of them had never even owned a dog. I was hugely overcharged twice. I have friends who tried Wags as well and their animals came home with huge unexplained gashes and kennel cough. Its obvious that dogs are not Wags' first priority. I've reported Wags to the humane society for animal abuse and ive written to the BBB. Wags needs to be shut down
None of this is true. This was written by a disgruntled employee.
